Article 39 (Decree 1965). Definitions. For purposes hereof, the expression:
1.Conflictos. Those situations are characterized because there is a real or perceived incompatibility between one or more persons against their interests.
2 Conflicts handled inappropriately. Are situations in which conflicts are resolved constructively and lead to events that affect school life, such as riots, clashes or fights between two or more members of the educational community in which at least one is a student and always and where there is no impairment to the body or health of anyone involved.
3 School Aggression. It is any action undertaken by one or more members of the educational community that seeks to negatively affect other members of the educational community, of which at least one is a student. The Bullying can be physical, verbal, gestural, relational and electronics.
a. Physical aggression. It is any action that is intended to cause harm to the body or health of another person. It includes punching, kicking, shoving, slapping, biting, scratching, pinching, pulling of hair, among others.
b. Verbal aggression. It's all action seeking the words degrade, humiliate, frighten, discredit others. Includes insults, offensive nicknames, teasing and threats.
c. Gestural aggression. It's all action seeking the gestures degrade, humiliate, frighten or discredit others.
d. Relational aggression. It's all action seeking adversely affect relations with others. Includes exclude groups deliberately isolate and spreading rumors or secrets looking negatively affect the status or image that a person has over others.
e. Electronic aggression. It's all looking .acción adversely affect others through electronic means. Including the disclosure of intimate photos or videos on the Internet or humiliating, insulting or offensive comment on others through social networks and send emails or text messages insulting or offensive, both anonymously and when the identity of who reveals the sent.
4 Bullying (bullying). According to Article 2 of Law 1620 of 2013, it's all negative behavior, intentional methodical and systematic aggression, intimidation, humiliation, ridicule, defamation, duress, deliberate isolation, threat or incitement to violence or any form of psychological abuse , verbal, physical or electronic means against a child or teenager. by a student or several of their peers with whom you have an asymmetrical power relationship, presented form or repeatedly over a given time. It can also occur by teachers against students, or by students against teachers, the indifference or complicity of their environment.
5. Cyberbullying school (cyberbullying). According to Article 2 of Law 1620 of 2013, is any form of intimidation with intentional use of information technologies (Internet, social networking sites, mobile and online video games) to exercise and psychological abuse continued.
6 Sexual Violence. According to the provisions of Article 2 of Law 1146 of 2007, "the term sexual violence against children and adolescents any act or conduct of a sexual nature exercised on a child or teenager, using force or any form physical, psychological coercion
or emotional, according to conditions of helplessness, of inequality and power relations between victim and aggressor. "
7 Violation of the rights of children and adolescents: Any situation of damage, injury or damage that prevents the full realization of the rights of children and adolescents
8 Restoring the rights of children and adolescents: The set of administrative proceedings and otherwise, that are developed for the restoration of their dignity and integrity as rights, and their ability to effectively enjoy the rights that have been violated.
